The Combustion Fire Processes Laboratory, led by Prof. Carlos Fernandez-Pello. The laboratory researches topics such as ignition and flame spread of combustible material in space exploration environments and micro-gravity as well as ways in which wildland fires are started by hot metal particles and embers.
